Description

Truus Ballenghien-Claes was a Dutch artist born in 1890 and died in 1954. She worked in Amersfoort, Laren, Amsterdam and later in Schaarbeek and Linkebeek (Begium). Besides portraits, she also painted flower still lifes and figure representations. She received her basic training at the "Rijksacademie van beeldende kunst" in the Netherlands.
