Review Untitled - Theo Wolvecamp (1925-1992)
Description
Theo Wolvecamp (1925-1992) was a Dutch painter and one of the co-founders of the Cobra movement (1948). His work is characterized by expressive forms, bold brushstrokes, and an abstract, often playful style. Influenced by Surrealism and the spontaneous, childlike approach of the Cobra group, he later worked more in isolation, developing his own unique abstract style. His paintings often feature vibrant colors and dynamic compositions. Wolvecamp is considered an important figure in Dutch post-war art.
