Adrianus Petrus Johannes ("Janus") Sibens (1906-1964) was a Dutch painter, born in Wouw (Roosendaal) and later active in Eindhoven. At the age of 24, he decided to pursue a career as a painter, despite having no formal art education. Sibens was known for his paintings of the Brabant countryside, with a particular focus on farmhouses and rural scenes.
