David Schulman (1881–1966) was a Dutch painter, known for his impressionistic cityscapes and winter landscapes. He was influenced by the artistic movements of the early 20th century, including Impressionism and Post-Impressionism. Schulman’s works are characterized by their light, atmosphere, and a delicate treatment of color. He often painted scenes of Dutch cities, countryside, and interiors, capturing the peacefulness and beauty of daily life. His works gained recognition in the Netherlands, and he was an active member of the Pulchri Studio artists’ association.
